I can't speak from a sales perspective but if you need service for your vehicle I'd look elsewhere. Every time my Ford work truck needed service they'd take a week or more to do something simple like changing out the engine belt. Every time I'd call to check in for the first time no one even knew they had the truck there or I'd have a hard time getting a hold of someone to begin with.
