We barely made it to Pampa on a Sunday night. The courteous staff at Culberson Autos helped to get us back on the road before noon the next day at a reasonable price!
My experience was very good! They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I will definently refer my family and friends and do business with them in the future.
My girlfriend took my car in to get serviced and was greeted by a “female” named Angie who took forever to come out and greet her... No big deal i guess but once Angie approached her with a bad attitude and gave her grief for asking about a check engine light my girlfriend obvioulsy took to the defense! I get that people have bad days but after this girl drove the car around the building and back and said the light is now off with no explanation at all about the problem she just said it would be 100 diagnosis fee! My girlfriend paid it but got no reciept or nothing and felt like the girl just took the money herself.Might want to check out who you have greeting you customers
When I went into Culberson Autos to see about a car, I sort of knew what I wanted but didn't know exactly how to go about it. Charles Calloway did an excellent job helping locate a Traverse and getting it from out of town and helping me through the buying a new car process. Pete was also a big help. I'm very happy with my new Traverse and Culberson Autos.
If I could leave no stars I would went in this morning for a full service and rotation. Just got home and noticed they didn't even rotate my tires truck was in for 2.5 hours what did you do??? Will never come back!!!!!
