Horrible! After going over my order 3 times with two different workers, I get home and I got shorted food and the drink order was wrong. Unbelievable! Get Your Act Together Sonic! It's Not Rocket Science! NO EXCUSE IN THIS!
This Sonic is hit and miss.. some days the service and food are great.. some days both are terrible.. some days one is great and the other terrible.. it's like gambling lol
Since the relaunch I have visited this location on three separate occasions and on every visit to this establishment the staff messed up my order, overcharged me for some drinks extra drinks that I did not order! Not to mention the staff is very untrained! I understand that most of the employees seem new to this, I would certainly suggest further training. On another visit the carhop took my debit card to charge it inside and failed to return it. I waited almost 20 minutes before I pushed the button to get their attention and still had to wait another 10 minutes!! I know they are having their growing pains but they need to step it up.
