The ladies who work here make dropping off packages easy despite the hours (3:30-5:30).
The only reason I gave them a two is because of the woman who was working, if it was not for her I would have put a one. It took almost a week to get one day shipping packages. The driver could not find my address, on the main road in Canadian with large brass numbers on it. The driver was rude and had an attitude when he still went to the house two doors houses down, and didn't have all my packages. Will never use UPS again.
Bad experience, delivered package on Thursday, and on Friday can't find the address so package will now sit over weekend. Do yourself a favor and use another service!
Packages pitched to my yard. I understand my house is hard to find but when I'm literally waving them down they drive off. Then!!! They deliver it to the wrong house so I have to go bug people to get my packages
Had some difficulty, but the package came through in the end. A day late, some minor inconveniences, but at least the people on the phone were polite, attentive, intelligent and as helpful as their unfortunately inflexible policies and large number of restrictive rules allowed.
