The ER is horrible. The doctors and nurses are completely incompetent. The nurse gave me a shot and pricked the bone. It was the most painful thing I've ever experienced! She simply said "ops!" Ops??? Seriously!?!?!?! She must have gotten her nurse's license out of a Cracker Jack box. And the doctor was no better. He didn't care at all. Didn't even try to figure out what was wrong with me. He asked if I had gotten a flu shot. I said no, and he said "serves you right". If you need medical attention in Pampa, make the trip to Amarillo. The only doctors in Pampa are the ones that can't cut it anywhere else. Avoid Dr. Basilico! Take my word for it and save yourself some heartache and money. He also sent me a huge bill afterwards separate from the hospital. He didn't even do anything!
I had a terrible experience at the ER here. The staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I went in with the flu, and would have been much better off staying at home. The nurses were incredibly rude, and the doctor acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He had no interest in what was wrong with me. He said "whatever it is, just let it run it's course".
This hospital needs to help people that's what y'all are here for but y'all mess people up more than you help them! I will never let you guys rob me for my money again! My girlfriends health is important to me and herself, but as we can see right now nobodies lives matter but y'all ain't that right? Yall ain't getting our company ever again!

The Er here is horrible. I'd say you have a 1 in 10 chance that you're visit will go well and the doctor will ACTUALLY care about what's going on with you. I absolutely try to avoid this er as much as possible. Too many bad experiences.
