My 2 year old daughter was invited to join a 3 year old dance class. I was assured they dealt with small children all the time and they would let me know if there was a problem. She took dace at least 6 weeks all the time Madeline said she was doing fine. She also began gymnastics for 18 mo and up. The gymnastics made me nervous bc it seemed like a lot of kids with only a few adults that were in no shape to be on any equipment. Trouble started when my child came home with a split lip. My husband was told she was jumping on the trampoline when it happened. No report was filled out and I called the place back and was told she was standing in line for the trampoline when she fell and hit her lip on the bench. They did not seem concerned but annoyed that I had asked about it more than once. The final straw was a week later. When dance is over they take the kids into the gym for a little while. I went in the dance room to pick up my daughter and she was missing. No one seemed to know or care that she was not with the group. I had to find her myself in the gym ALONE! When I spoke to Madeline she offered no apologies only stating “yeha, she doesn’t stay in line very well.” After I left I even called back and spoke to a much nicer woman who was apologetic but I never heard back from Madeline. I was paying sixty dollars a month and would have been a client for as long as I live in Pampa. Pampa is very limited for these types of classes but I would recommend driving before going to Madeline Graves for anything.
