Excellent choice in flooring.

Upon discussing this with management we were told that they would fix the problems, and with in the next 3 months the fence had been removed and the closet finished, nothing was done concerning the cleaning and bugs.

Upon reviewing the contract we became concerned as renters are held accountable for all plumbing issues, and if not paid they have the right to evict you and claim the full cost of the lease, our neighbors who rented from the same management had a major plumbing problem within the first week of renting causing the sewage to backup flooding bathrooms with sewage, they were denied assistance from management until the following day when they sent the maintenance man who was unable to help it was another day till management hired plumbing help to fix the problem. The renters will be held responsible for any unauthorized repairs done to the property.

We were renters for 9 months before having to relocate for career purposes, the experience was nothing i would want others to go through. we were told during the initial walk through of our rental property that it would be cleaned, the "used to be bathroom now closet" would be finished, that they would spray for bugs, the kitchen would be touched up in some spots needing paint, and that the back fence leaning against the backdoor would be removed. upon moving in from out of state we found the rental uncleaned, fence still against the door, a hole in the "used to be bathroom now closet" where the toilet had been had just been stuffed full of rags and no flooring, nothing had been done concerning the bug problem, only the painting had been done.

The contract also will hold you responsible for court costs should the need arise to take such actions, it is a bad situation to put ones self in. please do not give your money to J & M Properties and by doing so encourage such practices in your area,

The service is designed to get the most amount of money out of their renters and hold the least amount of responsibility for the property as possible, The management has made verbal agreements and not kept them as they are not required to via contract which states "no verbal agreements have been made" The review is lengthy but only to provide details, I would not rent from this company again for any reason we were sourly taken advantage of.

This review is in connection to the rental housing management services provided from this location, Known as J & M Properties. I highly discourage association with connected business, as such practices should not be supported.

Upon getting transferred we found a family to replace us in our contract, yet they denied us the release of contract, charged us the next months rent and kept our deposit for breaking the lease. after we moved they approached the replacement we had submitted and rented to the family causing them to have to pay deposit and first months rent, the management was paid 4 times for the month of September between both sets of renters.

When trying get estimate we had to call multiple times. Then we were quoted 2 different prices. When the installers did there job they were great. Items they ordered were a surprise installer and they had to make it work. I was left with a $90 part they said I needed and never even used. About a month or so after install I did some work and ended up needing a 1ft by 3 ft patch and i had the carpet and padding for it, I needed them to seam it. I called and asked and they said they would call me back. I called back late the next day and they said jason would come and look at it. I waited and nothing. I called again the next day and she said he would be right over. I waited till around 1 and called and she said between 1 and 5 that and asked for someone to be there. My wife stayed at house and they never showed or called to say they wouldn't make it. I called them around 6 and left a message. The next morning Jason called and said he was coming over. He quoted us 75 or a 100 dollars for it and sent installer over. They said the lady store call with price. Over a week later the lady called and told us it was 125. What happened to the original quote. They get 2 stars because installers were great. If it wasn't for their incredibly lousy customer service it could have been great. I recommend trying the other floor companies out I CAN'T IMAGINE THEM HAVING SUCH POOR REGARDS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS as one stop flooring does.
