If given a choice in where to buy tires, we will always pick utility tire. Utility tire is a small town business where the people really care! This place will take your expectation and exceed it every single time. I know when I leave a car with them, it will be in good hands (and I don't just leave my corvette with anyone).

I went in to get tires mounted plus alignment and brakes checked. They replaced the front rotors, pads and front seals. The seals are already cracked and leaking grease 7 months later (the old seals still or possibly installed with the wrong tool) and they incorrectly inspected the wheel bearings. The bearings should have been changed also. One of the new rotors wallerd out around the race of the bearing. The wheel began to shake the entire vehicle. I also had to replace the spindle. The owner didn't really have much care when I spoke with him. He insisted the shop mechanics have a good "eye" when inspecting bearings. He did offer me shop credit for half of the original bill cost. I almost accepted, but I won't be going back.
We were traveling in our motor home when the engine just quit. We got a tow to Utility Tire and Auto Repair. They immediately started working on our motor home, diagnosed the problem promptly, had the parts there in no time, and we were back on the road. They were a life saver. I don't know what we would've done without them!!! Thanks for being there for us!!!
