Met the family for breakfast this morning before we separated and started home. I had the egg mcmuffin and my husband had the sausage biscuit. Everything was really good. There was a lady going around topping off the coffee every little bit. Service was good. Staff friendly.
Clean restrooms, quick service and food was warm. Great job guys!
If I could have put half of a star I would have. This was the worst experience I ever had at this place. The fries sucked they were hard and old. I couldn't even chew them. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave it to me plain just an old bun and a piece of chicken. They didn't put mayo on it or the double cheeseburger I ordered. I specifically asked for it too. If they're going to hire kids to work then they need to train them to work. How is the manager going to train them if the manager has bad ethics. They didn't even have the right change to give me back.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to be told that their system went down and they are only taking cash. Was not informed of this before getting to the pay window. And the manager wasn't even apologetic about the situation. Then as I was driving by the pickup window saw our food ready to go so the food is just going to be wasted and tossed. I'm sure their food is just the same as every other McDonald's but they definitely need customer service training.
good quick service.. McDee's is not my choise of food options most of the time but it was right where I was working.
Had a new cashier that was left alone and couldn't get my order right and all I wanted was a "Large Caramel Mocha Ice Coffee With Extra Ice"!
